Biesse Introduces Upgraded Genius CT-Next 61 at ZAK Glass Technology Expo 2024

Biesse

Biesse, a global leader in manufacturing machinery for processing materials like wood, glass, and composites, is unveiling advanced features of its Genius CT-Next 61 cutting machine at the ZAK Glass Technology Expo 2024. This event, India’s premier platform for glass processing innovations, will be held from December 5-7, 2024, at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

The Genius CT-Next 61 now includes several enhancements aimed at streamlining glass processing. Key upgrades include optional air cushion technology for smoother shifting and turning of glass, enabling breaking operations directly on the cutting table. New features like a three-sided fence and a photocell light barrier improve manual access for loader maintenance and special glass handling.

An increased oil tank capacity of 5 + 5 liters reduces downtime, enhancing productivity and efficiency. Following the success of the original Genius CT-Next 61 at the last Expo, Biesse aims to captivate visitors once again with its cutting-edge developments.

Sayeed Ahmed, CEO of Biesse India, expressed his excitement about the launch, noting, “The upgraded Genius CT-Next 61 reaffirms our commitment to advancing glass processing technology. With improved safety, maintenance, and handling, this innovation meets the evolving demands of the industry and strengthens Biesse’s leadership in the sector.”
