Bharat Forge Launches Electric Truck Fleet Powered by Kalyani Powertrain

Bharat Forge Ltd today announced a key advancement in its sustainability journey with the deployment of a new fleet of electric trucks powered by Kalyani Powertrain, a leading provider of electric mobility solutions. This strategic initiative, supported by logistics partner Fitsol, is set to enhance operational efficiency while significantly reducing carbon emissions across the company’s logistics network.

The electric trucks will operate between Bharat Forge’s manufacturing facilities at Mundhwa and Baramati in Maharashtra, optimizing inter-plant logistics through clean and efficient transportation. This development aligns with the company’s broader vision to integrate responsible energy use into its operations and move decisively toward a low-carbon future.
