BGR Tech Ltd, a leader in oil and gas process equipment manufacturing and green hydrogen technology, has entered into a Heads of Agreement (HOA) with Chemie Tech, a prominent EPC contractor, to collaborate on large-scale green hydrogen and ammonia projects around the world. The HOA was signed by MK Saiyed, Chairman & Managing Director of Chemie Tech DMCC (CTDMCC), and Priyadershini Raghupathy, Managing Director of BGR Tech Ltd, with Shandar SM Zaidi, Director of Green Hydrogen & Ammonia at CTDMCC, also present.
Chemie Tech DMCC (CTDMCC) and its affiliates are global leaders in project development and contracting across the oil, gas, renewable energy, and infrastructure sectors. With 25 years of experience spanning the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Australia, and India, CTDMCC operates from its Sharjah, UAE headquarters and maintains an engineering center in Vadodara, India, with a presence in 15 countries. As part of this collaboration, BGR Tech Ltd will supply essential green hydrogen generation and purification equipment, such as electrolysers, and provide engineering expertise, leveraging its experience in manufacturing and technology integration. Chemie Tech will be responsible for the overall project execution, from concept to commissioning, focusing on areas such as Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), Final Investment Decision (FID) support, licensor agreements, design and engineering, supply and integration of Balance of Plant (BOP), construction, erection, commissioning (EPC), and ongoing operations and maintenance (O&M).
