Belding India Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with a US-based technology distribution and OEM supply partner to expand its modular data center business across the United States, Canada and Mexico. Under the partnership, the US-based partner will exclusively market, distribute, integrate and support Belding’s modular data center systems across the three North American markets. The agreement covers complete modular data center solutions as well as associated controls, components, spare parts and accessories.

The products will be supplied under the Belding brand and through OEM and ODM arrangements, allowing the company to address different customer and project requirements. The partnership will provide Belding with a distribution and support platform to take its India-engineered modular data center capabilities to customers across North America.

Belding operates through both original design manufacturing (ODM) and original equipment manufacturing (OEM) models. Its integrated engineering and manufacturing capabilities allow it to design and build complete infrastructure systems and develop solutions based on specific customer requirements.

Umesh Sahay, Chairman, Belding India Limited, said, “This partnership marks an important milestone in Belding’s journey as we expand our presence into the North American market. We see significant opportunities for modular and rapidly deployable data center infrastructure, and this collaboration provides us with a strong platform to bring our engineering and manufacturing capabilities to customers across the United States, Canada and Mexico. We look forward to building a long-term and mutually rewarding relationship with our partner and strengthening Belding’s presence in global markets.”

The expansion comes as demand for scalable and deployment-ready data center infrastructure grows across markets. Belding’s Edge & Modular Data Center Division designs and delivers integrated systems intended for applications requiring modular and rapidly deployable infrastructure.

The company also operates an Energy Storage Division focused on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for mission-critical applications. Its Defence Technology Division provides mobile data centers and unmanned aerial systems for strategic infrastructure.

Belding’s Security Technology Division develops X-ray baggage, vehicle-mounted and cargo scanning systems, while its Precision Engineering and Fabrication Division provides engineered systems for heavy industrial manufacturing, critical infrastructure and specialised OEM production. The company said its integrated business model enables it to address infrastructure requirements across multiple sectors while developing products for both domestic and international markets.

The North American partnership expands Belding’s international reach and gives the company access to customers and projects across the United States, Canada and Mexico. It also provides a local channel for distribution, integration and after-sales support for Belding’s modular data center systems.

Through the partnership, Belding plans to build its presence in the North American market while continuing to develop its engineering and manufacturing capabilities in India. The company will supply complete systems as well as individual components and related equipment based on customer requirements.
