The Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), under the Ministry of Science and Technology in India, has granted certification TU/IV-RD/4916/2023 to BattRE’s R&D centre located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. BattRE’s in-house R&D centre serves as the foundation for the company’s innovation efforts. Established in 2020, the centre has already secured 20 patents, including 12 for its electric scooters and 8 for its upcoming motorcycles. The R&D centre specializes in designing and sketching, building prototypes, market research, vehicle testing and validation, 3D modelling, and structural analysis. With several exciting products in the pipeline, BattRE aims to continuously improve its effectiveness and performance in the electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing space while bringing innovative solutions to the market.
