Total revenue for the year reached ₹35,072 million, up 42% from the previous year. EBITDA for the full year was ₹2,782 million, representing an 86% increase over the previous fiscal.

The company has announced a capital investment of approximately ₹6,000 million for a greenfield project in Sanand, Gujarat. The project will include an induction-based steel plant with an annual capacity of approximately 180,000 tonnes and a 60,000-tonne facility for low-carbon and stainless steel wire production. Land acquisition of 42 acres near the Tata Nagar Manufacturing plant has been completed at a cost of ₹800–900 million. The facility is scheduled for completion by September 2027 and will support backward integration through steel scrap imports for in-house steel production.

Bansal Wire currently operates five manufacturing units with a combined installed capacity of 560,000 tonnes per annum (TPA). The recently commissioned expansion at the Dadri plant adds 300,000 TPA and is in the ramp-up phase. An additional 120,000 TPA is expected to become operational by the first half of FY26. The Dadri facility, considered one of the most advanced and sustainable wire manufacturing plants in the country, will eventually scale to 420,000 TPA. The company’s total infrastructure has been designed to support a capacity of up to 680,000 TPA.

The company remains focused on increasing the share of value-added products, consolidating its position in the domestic market, and expanding up the value chain in a fragmented industry. The recent integration of operations under a unified brand is expected to enhance strategic alignment and market leadership.
