AXISCADES Technologies Ltd reported a strong operational and financial performance for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, driven by robust growth in its core aerospace, defence and ESAI businesses and continued progress on its long-term strategic roadmap. For Q3 FY26, the company recorded a 25% year-on-year increase in total revenue, led by a 36% growth in core segments. Defence revenues surged 50%, aerospace grew 28%, while ESAI businesses expanded 18% over the same period last year. Core revenues for the first nine months of FY26 rose 26% year-on-year.
Non-core segments such as heavy engineering, automotive and energy declined 8.5% year-on-year, primarily due to seasonal furloughs in automotive programs and lower billing days in heavy engineering. Order inflows across core businesses remained strong, supported by an expanding customer base. The company expects growth momentum to continue in the coming quarters, aided by rising defence procurement in India and increased demand from global OEMs.
AXISCADES reported Q3 FY26 EBITDA of ₹63 crore, a 55.3% increase over ₹40 crore in Q3 FY25, marking the highest operating margin achieved by the company to date. EBITDA margins expanded by 360 basis points year-on-year to 18.3%.
For the nine-month period, EBITDA stood at ₹144 crore, up 37.1% year-on-year and exceeding the full-year FY25 EBITDA within nine months. Nine-month EBITDA margins improved 240 basis points to 16.2%. Profit after tax for Q3 FY26 rose 87.2% year-on-year to ₹28 crore. Nine-month PAT increased 63.6% to ₹72 crore. Excluding a one-time labour code charge of ₹7.82 crore, PAT for 9M FY26 stood at ₹79 crore, surpassing the full-year FY25 PAT of ₹75 crore.
Diluted EPS for the nine-month period (not annualised) grew 65.2% year-on-year to ₹16.73. Net worth as of December 31, 2025 stood at ₹730 crore, with net debt at ₹67 crore. During the quarter, AXISCADES commissioned its Aeroland facility and commenced construction on DAC land, marking a key step in the company’s transition towards a product-led and manufacturing-driven growth model.
Commenting on the performance, Dr Sampath Ravinarayanan, Founder Chairman & Managing Director, said “AXISCADES remains firmly on track to achieve its growth objectives for FY26, with similar momentum expected in FY27. We are confident of delivering 40–50% year-on-year growth in EPS for both years, driven by disciplined execution and a clear strategic focus.”
He added “As part of our Power930 vision to reach ₹9,000 crore by 2030, we are steadily shifting from a services-led portfolio to one anchored in products, solutions and manufacturing. Our aim is to generate over 80% of revenues from manufacturing-driven offerings by FY28, which will support margin expansion and long-term value creation.”
The company’s 165,000 sq. ft. Devanahalli Aero Land facility is now fully operational and has secured partnerships with two global players, each setting up dedicated laboratory and production infrastructure. Centres of Excellence for MBDA and Indra have also been established at the site. The Devanahalli Atmanirbhar Complex is progressing as planned, with radar hangars expected to be operational by Q3 FY27.
AXISCADES has also acquired eight acres at Hyderabad Aerospace Park, where it is developing one of India’s largest missile component manufacturing and integration facilities in collaboration with a global missile OEM.
