KP Mohanakrishnan has been named Deputy CEO & President – Aerospace, while D Murali Krishnan has taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer & President – ESAI. These appointments were approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 9, 2025.
These leadership changes come at a crucial time as AXISCADES continues its strategic transformation, including the recent integration of AXISCADES Aerospace & Technologies Pvt Ltd and Mistral Solutions Pvt Ltd. The company aims to scale its position in the aerospace, defense technology, and semiconductor sectors, focusing on product innovation and advanced engineering capabilities.

With more than 30 years of experience, KP Mohanakrishnan brings in-depth knowledge across aerospace, automotive, and general engineering sectors. He has previously held leadership positions at Mahindra Aerostructures Pvt Ltd and Tata Advanced Materials Ltd, where he built long-standing partnerships with international OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and key Indian institutions including HAL, ISRO, and DRDO.

D Murali Krishnan steps into the COO role in addition to serving as CEO of Mistral Solutions, a subsidiary of AXISCADES. He previously led Cyient Limited’s $200 million digital engineering business, overseeing a team of more than 4,000 engineers. He has also held leadership roles at Pennar Industries.
