AXISCADES Technologies Limited, a global engineering and technology solutions provider, has named Alfonso Martinez as the Head of International Business and Global Operations. He will also serve as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of AXISCADES GmbH, overseeing the company’s rapidly expanding global business.
Mr Martinez brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the engineering, aerospace, defense, and technology sectors. Known for driving growth and operational transformation across international markets, he has played a key role in shaping strategic direction, enhancing customer relationships, and positioning the company for sustained global success.
In his new role, Mr Martinez will focus on accelerating international growth, strengthening partnerships with global OEMs, and expanding the company’s reach in North America, Europe, the UK, and the Asia-Pacific region. His leadership will span sectors such as aerospace, defense, heavy engineering, automotive, and industrial products.

As part of this transition, Mr Martinez steps down from his role as Managing Director & CEO of AXISCADES Technologies Limited. The company’s Chairman, Dr Sampath Ravinarayanan, will now take over all executive responsibilities.
