Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc., a global leader in filtration and media solutions, has launched its state-of-the-art Technical Center in Pune, India. This new facility is designed to drive advancements in filtration technology for the global commercial vehicle sector.

The center features a cutting-edge laboratory equipped for rigorous testing and validation of filtration products and prototypes. It ensures adherence to ISO and SAE standards through advanced testing protocols, including performance assessments under extreme temperatures, dust and water retention evaluations, and life-cycle performance analysis. Key tests conducted at the facility include Multipass (ISO 4548-12, ISO-19438), Singlepass (SAE J1985), Filter Capacity (SAE J905), Water Removal Efficiency (SAE J1488), and Air Filter Efficiency and Capacity (ISO 5011).
The Pune facility prioritizes safety and operational efficiency, complying with standards set by the Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health (DISH). It is supported by a skilled team focused on maintaining high-quality outcomes and driving technological innovation.
Atmus also collaborates with Fleetguard Filters Private Limited (FFPL), a long-standing joint venture headquartered in Pune since 1987. FFPL delivers filtration solutions for both on- and off-highway applications, catering to a wide range of markets in India.
