This factory will provide comprehensive turnkey solutions, encompassing a range of machining centers, including VMC, HMC, multi-axis, and turn mill centers. The focus extends to delivering precision fixtures, cutting tools, and pilot lot machining services.
The Team of ASR comprises over 130 skilled and experienced professionals adept in the design and manufacturing of customized fixturing solutions tailored to suit virtually any type of automobile component with metal cutting operations. Over the last two decades, they have leveraged their expertise to produce more than 3700 fixtures for a diverse range of automobile parts, including but not limited to Cylinder Blocks, Cylinder Heads, Clutch Covers, Crank Cases, Gear Box Housings, Oil Sumps, Bearing Caps, Cam Shafts, Crank Shafts, Transmission Cases, Axle Arms, Spiral Housings, Rocker Arms, and more. Our clientele spans across the globe, encompassing over a hundred reputed customers.
Owing to their technical proficiency, they have established direct associations with prominent machine and machine tools manufacturers such as Yamazaki MAZAK (Japan), GROB – WERKE GMBH CO.
