ASK Automotive Partners with Kyushu Yanagawa Seiki for Two-Wheeler Alloy Wheel Production

ASK Automotive Ltd has announced a partnership with Japan’s Kyushu Yanagawa Seiki (KYSK) through a Technical Assistance and License Agreement to produce high-pressure die-cast alloy wheels for two-wheelers. This agreement enables ASK Automotive to utilize KYSK’s advanced technical expertise to manufacture alloy wheels for a designated Japanese customer.

As part of the arrangement, ASK Automotive will pay a one-time initial royalty and an ongoing royalty to KYSK. The collaboration aims to help ASK Automotive meet industry standards while producing top-tier products for its customers. The agreement is set to remain valid indefinitely unless terminated under specific conditions.

Kuldip Singh Rathee, Chairman and Managing Director of ASK Automotive, expressed that this partnership will provide the company with crucial technical assistance, ensuring that ASK can meet the required standards and deliver premium products for its customer.

ASK Automotive clarified that the two companies are independent entities and that India is designated as the “Domestic Territory” for this agreement. The announcement was made in compliance with SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.
