ASK Automotive Announces Partnership with TD Holding GMBH to Manufacture Sunroof Cables

ASK Automotive Limited has revealed that its Board of Directors has approved a strategic partnership with TD Holding GMBH (TDH) to produce, market, and sell sunroof control cables and helix cables for passenger vehicles. At a meeting on June 25, 2025, the Board gave the green light to establish a new joint venture (JV) that will be formed upon signing a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA). According to official filings, ASK Automotive will hold a 49% stake in the new venture, while TDH will own the remaining 51%.

ASK Automotive intends to invest ₹2.45 crore in the JV over multiple phases, starting with an initial ₹49 lakh at the time of incorporation. The collaboration will adhere to the regulations set forth under SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and will be in line with the SEBI Master Circular issued on November 11, 2024.

Additional details regarding the structure, business model, and execution plans of the joint venture will be shared after the formal signing of the JVA. This partnership represents a significant move for ASK Automotive as it expands its product offerings in the automotive components sector.
