Arham Technologies Limited (NSE-SME: ARHAM) has acquired a parcel of land measuring 6,350 square metres at the Electronics Manufacturing Cluster in Atal Nagar, Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The land is located adjacent to the company’s existing manufacturing facility and has been acquired through its wholly owned subsidiary, Arham Corporate Private Limited.

The land has been allotted by the Government of Chhattisgarh at a subsidised cost of ₹52.39 lakh, compared to a market value of approximately ₹4.31 crore. The allotment forms part of the state’s electronics manufacturing and Make in India initiatives and provides Arham Technologies with a lower cost base for its planned expansion.

Following this acquisition, the company’s total manufacturing land holding will increase to nearly two-and-a-half times its current size. The additional land is expected to support capacity expansion over multiple years and provide flexibility for future scale-up as production volumes increase. Capital expenditure planned on the new site is expected to generate a minimum asset turnover of eight times.

The newly acquired land will be used to add backward integration capabilities by bringing several manufacturing processes in-house. These include injection moulding, sheet metal fabrication, production of energy-efficient heavy-duty motors, and manufacturing of premium product components and packaging. The company expects this integration to improve cost control, strengthen supply chain reliability, and reduce dependence on external suppliers over time.

Ankit Jain, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Arham Technologies, said the acquisition strengthens the company’s operating platform and provides a structural cost advantage for expansion. He added that the company’s proposed preferential fundraise includes allocation for this capital expenditure and is expected to support the planned manufacturing build-out. According to Jain, expanding in-house manufacturing capabilities is expected to contribute to cost efficiency and improved operating margins as volumes scale.

Arham Technologies Limited was incorporated in 2013 and is headquartered in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The company operates from the Electronics Manufacturing Cluster in New Raipur and manufactures consumer electronics products including smart LED televisions, ceiling fans, air coolers, washing machines, and mixer grinders. Its television products are sold under the STARSHINE and ARATTON brands, serving both business-to-business and consumer markets.
