Arch Capital Group Ltd (“Arch”) has announced the opening of two new global capabilities centers in India—located in Trivandrum and Pune—with a third center set to open in Hyderabad soon. These strategic expansions mark the company’s growing investment in global talent and operational excellence.

The new centers will accommodate over 350 professionals and play a key role in supporting Arch’s insurance, reinsurance, and mortgage insurance businesses. The facilities are designed to strengthen the company’s global operations by leveraging India’s deep talent pool in areas such as data analytics, technology, and business operations.

“We are excited to expand into India—a country known for its skilled workforce and increasing influence in the global insurance landscape,” said Prashant Nema, Deputy Chief Operations Officer at Arch. “These new centers will allow us to scale our capabilities, improve service delivery across markets, and foster innovation across our global operations.”

Legal support for establishing the centers was provided by Khaitan & Co, while ANSR Inc, a U.S.-based global talent solutions firm, partnered with Arch to help set up and manage the operations. ANSR is known for assisting companies in building high-performance global teams in talent-rich markets.
