The first phase is slated for completion by 2026, while the memorandum of understanding for the second phase has been officially signed. This subsequent phase, anticipated to conclude by 2029, is projected to yield an impressive 24 million tons of steel, propelling the facility to claim the prestigious title of the world’s largest steel-producing plant.”
