Aravam Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd has launched Triptronic, a new employee transportation platform designed to offer real-time tracking, advanced technology, and electric vehicle support. The platform aims to meet the increasing corporate demand for cost-effective and sustainable transportation solutions.
Triptronic operates through three integrated apps: an Employee App for booking and tracking rides, a Driver App for route management, and a Supervisor App for monitoring employee travel and optimizing transportation costs. The platform will roll out across India immediately, with plans to expand into the UAE and Southeast Asia. The company is targeting India’s underdeveloped ride-hailing market, which has only 7% penetration, compared to 40% in China and 28% in the U.S.
Founder Ankush Mendiratta shared the company’s vision: “Businesses today are looking to reduce costs, ensure employee safety, and adopt eco-friendly transportation. Triptronic provides a smart, tech-driven solution that simplifies operations, cuts costs, and reduces environmental impact.”
As part of its expansion, Triptronic plans to raise $2 million to boost services and promote electric vehicle adoption. The company aims to reach a valuation of $100-125 million in five years, aligning with India’s rapidly growing economy.
Co-founder Sorabh Kothari discussed the market opportunity, stating, “In the next two years, we aim to onboard over 50 corporate clients, with corporate services accounting for 80% of our revenue. India’s employee transport market, valued at over $1 billion, offers significant growth potential.”
In addition to financial goals, Triptronic focuses on supporting its vendor partners. Co-founder Sahil Mendiratta explained that the company plans to help 20% of its partners own their vehicles through financing options by 2027, potentially increasing their earnings by 30-40% compared to traditional ride-hailing platforms.
Industry reports back Triptronic’s market timing, with India’s employee transportation service market projected to grow at 8.2% annually. The global employee transport management system market is expected to triple from $1.2 billion in 2023 to $3.6 billion by 2030. Looking ahead, Triptronic plans to integrate with public transportation networks, airport transit services, and corporate shuttles, with the goal of reducing transportation costs by 20-30% while enhancing urban mobility.
