ANSCER Robotics, a fast-growing industrial robotics company focused on AI-native automation systems for factories and warehouses, has raised US$5.4 million (approximately ₹45 crore) in a Series A funding round led by IAN Alpha Fund, with participation from Info Edge and a group of angel investors. The company plans to use the new capital to strengthen its technology platform, expand operations in the United States, and accelerate the growth of its global partner ecosystem.
Established in 2020 by founders Ribin Mathew, Ebin Sunny, Raghu V, and Raj Mohan, ANSCER Robotics develops autonomous robots and intelligent software systems that automate material movement in manufacturing facilities and warehouse environments. Designed and engineered in India to meet international industrial safety standards, the company’s robotic systems are built to operate alongside workers, forklifts, assembly lines, and high-speed industrial operations.
The investment comes at a time when industries across the world are facing increasing pressure from labor shortages, rising operational costs, and the need for resilient supply chains. Industry studies indicate that a large percentage of warehouses continue to function with minimal automation, creating significant opportunities for intelligent robotics solutions. ANSCER Robotics is positioning itself to address this demand through connected automation platforms that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and support scalable industrial workflows.
Ribin Mathew, Chief Executive Officer of ANSCER Robotics, said the industrial automation sector is rapidly evolving toward systems capable of contextual understanding and intelligent decision-making. He noted that the latest funding round marks a major step in the company’s ambition to take India-built automation technologies to global markets while making advanced robotics more accessible to industries seeking long-term productivity gains.
As part of its expansion strategy, ANSCER Robotics recently launched a new manufacturing facility in Bengaluru. The site includes a 20,000-square-foot testing zone where robotic systems undergo endurance trials and real-world simulation testing before commercial deployment. The plant has the capacity to manufacture more than 1,000 robots annually, strengthening the company’s ability to serve international markets at scale.
ANSCER Robotics is also investing heavily in next-generation industrial intelligence. Its technology architecture integrates autonomous mobility, advanced machine vision, Vision-Language Model capabilities, and enterprise-grade software systems to enable real-time analytics and intelligent operational decision-making. The company is additionally developing an open robotics infrastructure aligned with Model Context Protocol principles, allowing enterprises to integrate their own AI agents and large language models into robotic operations while maintaining ownership and control over internal data.
