ANCA CNC Machines, a global leader in high-precision CNC tool and cutter grinding technology, has appointed Raghavendra Koneri as Country Manager – India, effective July 1, 2025. This strategic leadership appointment comes as ANCA celebrates 50 years of innovation and strengthens its commitment to empowering cutting tool manufacturers in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets.

Bringing over 17 years of experience across manufacturing, machine building, application engineering, and sales, Raghavendra has held key positions at 3M India, Kool Cut Technologies, and Cobra Carbide (Ceratizit Group). Notably, he is deeply familiar with ANCA’s products, culture, and customer expectations, having previously served in two impactful tenures with the company. His international exposure across 19+ countries in CNC grinding, robotics, and automation adds further strength to his new leadership role
