Anant Raj Limited, a well-established name in real estate and infrastructure, is significantly expanding its data center operations with the addition of 22 MW of IT load capacity at its Manesar and Panchkula campuses in Haryana. This brings the company’s total installed data center capacity to 28 MW, inclusive of cloud services. The move signals a major step forward in AnantRaj’s digital infrastructure strategy.

The company has laid out a strong growth outlook for this vertical, projecting revenue of around ₹1,200 crore by the end of FY27, with a longer-term goal of scaling the business to ₹9,000 crore by FY32. The announcement was made during its recently held Technology Day event, themed “Bharat Built: Soil to Server,” which drew significant interest from industry partners, investors, and stakeholders.

Looking ahead, Anant Raj aims to scale its IT load capacity to 63 MW by FY27 and further expand to 307 MW by FY32. These facilities are being developed across three strategic locations—Panchkula, Manesar, and Rai—selected for their strong connectivity and proximity to key economic hubs. The Panchkula data center, now operational, and the capacity expansion at Manesar represent major milestones in the company’s technology growth roadmap.

Managing Director Amit Sarin commented, “With consistent execution and strong backing from our partners and investors, we’ve achieved another key milestone in our digital journey. The new operational capacity reflects our commitment to building world-class infrastructure. We are well-positioned to meet our targets and contribute meaningfully to India’s digital future.”

AnantRaj’s data center business is managed under its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anant Raj Cloud. The company’s end-to-end development model—from land sourcing to delivery—gives it a cost and speed advantage. With the Indian market witnessing a sharp rise in demand for cloud computing, digital services, and AI processing power, AnantRaj’s timely investments align closely with national priorities and market needs. The company’s presence in Haryana is further strengthened by state-level policy support, including incentives for green and high-performance infrastructure.
