Situated in HAL 2nd Stage, Indiranagar, this cutting-edge showroom represents a major step forward in expanding the brand’s footprint within the country.
The grand inauguration ceremony was graced by distinguished chief guests, Naresh V Narasimhan, Managing Partner of Venkataramanan Associates (VA), and Ashwinder R. Singh, CEO, Real Estate Industry Leader, Entrepreneur, and Author. Also in attendance were Helene Roux, Global Head of AluK, and Subhendu Ganguly, Managing Director of AluK India, adding further significance to the event.
During the launch, AluK unveiled two groundbreaking product lines—the Infineo minimal casement window system and the W75 U unitised curtain walling system. These innovative additions reflect AluK’s ongoing commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions that seamlessly integrate design, aesthetics, and performance, while catering to commercial needs.
The Infineo window system, a first in the Indian market, showcases minimalistic sophistication and advanced technology. Featuring 65 mm Aluminium Sightlines across all verticals, the system has successfully passed rigorous ASTM tests, including Static and Dynamic Water Penetration tests at +750 Pascal, +720 Pascal, and Air Infiltration Test at +600 Pascal.
Moreover, the windows are engineered to withstand extreme wind conditions, having been structurally tested to endure hurricane-level forces at 4500 Pascal. Equally impressive is the W75 U unitised curtain walling system, which boasts a sleek architectural design and several cutting-edge features. These include a 3-barrier system with triple gaskets for mullion junctions, five gaskets for the stack joint ensuring superior air and water tightness, and a 106 mm high stack joint capable of accommodating expansion movements of up to 15 mm.
This versatile system is compatible with a range of window types, including top-hung, side-hung, and parallel windows, along with all kinds of doors, louvers, fins, and sunshades. The curtain walling system has been rigorously tested under stringent ASTM conditions, achieving 600 Pascal in air infiltration and 750 Pascal in both Static and Dynamic Water Tests. Like the Infineo windows, the W75 U system is also designed to withstand wind forces of up to 4500 Pascal, ensuring durability in extreme weather conditions.
