Xtelify, the digital innovation subsidiary of Bharti Airtel, has introduced a robust cloud infrastructure and a suite of AI-driven software tools aimed at transforming how businesses and telecom providers operate. At the core of this launch is Airtel Cloud, a sovereign, carrier-grade platform designed to handle up to 14 billion transactions per minute—originally built to support Airtel’s massive internal operations across India.
Now made available to enterprises nationwide, the platform resides within environmentally sustainable, next-generation data centers and is managed by over 300 certified specialists. With dynamic provisioning powered by next-gen artificial intelligence, Airtel Cloud delivers flexible computing resources, platform services, and seamless integration—ensuring low latency, high security, cost efficiency, and complete control over data within Indian borders.
Alongside the cloud offering, Xtelify introduced a comprehensive software platform aimed at solving longstanding operational hurdles in the telecom sector. The solution integrates a unified data intelligence engine, tools for workforce automation, and a customer experience hub. The goal: eliminate complexity, enhance satisfaction, cut churn, and raise revenue per user.
Xtelify has entered into strategic global partnerships to bring its advanced digital platforms to telecom operators across key international markets. In Singapore, Singtel will deploy Xtelify Work, a robust field operations solution designed to enhance workforce productivity and service delivery. This AI-driven tool will streamline task management, optimize dispatch and fleet logistics, and offer real-time visibility into field performance, ultimately raising both operational efficiency and sustainability outcomes.
In the Philippines, Globe Telecom is preparing to launch Xtelify Serve, a next-generation customer service platform. This system leverages artificial intelligence to deliver unified, multi-channel support while simplifying backend workflows. By improving case resolution speed and enabling smarter decision-making through data insights, the solution aims to deliver a more responsive and consistent customer experience.
Meanwhile, Airtel Africa will implement a comprehensive suite of Xtelify tools—Data Engine, Work, and IQ. These platforms will work together to enhance customer safety, detect fraud, and power micro-targeted business strategies across 14 countries. Xtelify’s software will equip a vast field workforce of over 150,000 personnel with the insights and automation needed to scale operations and improve service quality at a continental level.
Together, these collaborations demonstrate Xtelify’s growing influence in the global telecom landscape. By equipping leading operators with smart digital infrastructure, Xtelify is enabling more agile, customer-centric, and secure operations across diverse markets.
Gopal Vittal, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Bharti Airtel, said, “This is a defining chapter for us. We’ve been quietly building some of the most scalable and secure digital platforms in the world to serve our own customers. Today, we’re extending these capabilities to help businesses and telecom companies unlock the same level of efficiency, intelligence, and control.”
He emphasized Airtel Cloud’s strategic advantage: “By keeping all data controls within India, we guarantee a zero-risk environment from external interference—a key requirement in today’s digital economy.”
Ng Tian Chong, CEO of Singtel Singapore, said, “Our partnership with Xtelify empowers our engineers with smart tools to serve customers faster and more effectively—while also reducing our environmental impact.”
Carl Cruz, President and CEO of Globe Telecom, noted, “This collaboration is a significant leap toward our goal of delivering heartfelt, efficient service. With Xtelify’s AI-led platform, we’re transforming our support systems from end to end.”
Jacques Barkhuizen, CIO at Airtel Africa, added, “Working with Xtelify positions us to offer secure, intelligent services that make a real difference across Africa—helping millions of people benefit from smarter digital infrastructure.”
