Today, AIC T-Hub, India’s leading startup incubator, announced the selection of seven promising startups for its latest Semiconductor Program cohort. These startups are set to drive innovation across key sectors such as automotive & electric vehicles (EV), 5G communication, biomedical devices, and semiconductor design. The selection criteria focused on technology readiness, scalability potential, and alignment with the program’s goals to bolster India’s semiconductor ecosystem.
The Semiconductor Program at AIC T-Hub has previously seen substantial success with significant achievements including ₹40.29 crores in grants, ₹21.48 crores in investments, and ₹19.28 crores in orders. The program has also conducted 35 pilots and developed 4 semiconductor chips, underscoring its impact on the semiconductor sector.
The startups in this cohort will focus on developing advanced solutions such as analog IPs, power management, wireless systems, and data converters, alongside cutting-edge technologies in 5G and video analytics. The selected startups include Edgeble AI Technologies Pvt Ltd, Xbattery Energy Private Limited, SenseHealth Technologies Private Limited, SmartKosh Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Spintronics AI Semiconductors Pvt Ltd, Manovega AI, and Natural AI Private Limited.
Over the next six months, these startups will benefit from a structured program including mentorship from top industry experts, technology and business sessions, and mock pitch sessions. They will also have access to Multi-Project Wafer (MPW) Shuttle services for rapid prototyping, and semiconductor foundries for manufacturing and testing IC prototypes.

The program mentors include industry veterans from institutions like CITD, STMicroelectronics, and iCreate, guiding startups on product development, go-to-market strategies, and collaboration with corporates. AIC T-Hub’s vision includes establishing a Semiconductor Innovation Lab to foster R&D and drive innovations in semiconductor technologies, aligning with India’s focus on becoming a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing and innovation.
Since its inception, AIC T-Hub has incubated over 205 startups, supporting the development of 54 commercial products, securing ₹69.09 crores in investments, executing 97+ pilots, and filing 141+ patent applications. The program has also created over 1200 jobs, contributing significantly to economic growth.
