AGI Greenpac Limited, a prominent packaging products company in India, has announced its strong financial performance for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2023. The company achieved significant revenue growth, driven by increased demand for its glass containers in the non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and packed food segments.

During Q4 FY23, the company demonstrated impressive performance, reporting Revenue from Operations of ₹680 crores, compared to ₹432 crores in Q4FY22, marking a substantial year-on-year growth of 58%. AGI Greenpac achieved EBITDA of ₹196 crores, exhibiting a remarkable increase of 111% year-on-year, with a margin of 29%. The net profit from continued operations reached ₹96 crore, showcasing a substantial growth of 152% year-on-year, with a margin of 14%.

In FY23, AGI Greenpac delivered a robust performance, reporting Revenue from Operations of ₹2,281 crore, compared to ₹1,430 crore in FY22, representing a solid year-on-year growth of 60%. The company achieved EBITDA of ₹488 crore, showcasing a growth of 59% year-on-year, with a margin of 21%. The net profit stood at ₹249 crore, demonstrating a notable growth of 114% year-on-year, with margins of 11%.

The company’s sales and profitability showed improvement on both a year-on-year and quarter-on-quarter basis, driven by an enhanced product mix and increased demand for glass containers in the non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and packed food segments. Chairman and Managing Director of AGI Greenpac Limited, Sandip Somany, commented on the results, stating, “The rise in demand for glass packaging containers in the non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage segments, coupled with our integrated business model and premium products, has enabled us to achieve sustainable growth throughout the year.”

He added, “AGI Greenpac serves as a supply chain partner to various consumer brands, encompassing pharmaceuticals, food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, cosmetics, and perfumery.
