Advait Energy Transitions Ltd (formerly known as Advait Infratech Ltd) has secured an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract from Gujarat BESS Pvt Ltd for the development of a 180 MW/360 MWh (AC side) battery energy storage system (BESS) project. The facility will be established in Sanand, Gujarat. The company updated its investors through a stock exchange filing regarding the latest development. Advait Energy also stated, “The project will be situated in Sanand, Gujarat, and is expected to be mechanically completed by November 30, 2025, with final charging planned for December 23, 2025. The contract value stands at ₹74.34 million.”
Under the terms of the contract, Advait Energy Transitions will be responsible for the supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of the BESS infrastructure. The mechanical completion of the project is scheduled for November 30, 2025, with final system charging expected by December 23, 2025.
