Aditya Ultra Steel Posts ₹5.87 Crore Profit and Announces 5 MW Solar Plant in Gujarat

Aditya Ultra Steel Ltd, a manufacturer of rolled steel products under the Kamdhenu brand, reported a net profit of ₹5.87 crore for the April-September period of FY 2024-25. The company’s revenue from operations during this period stood at ₹312.39 crore, with an operating profit of ₹10.50 crore.

The company, which went public on the NSE SME platform in September after a ₹46 crore IPO, had recorded ₹587.80 crore in revenue and ₹7.69 crore in profit in FY24. Aditya Ultra Steel Managing Director Sunny Sunil Singhi announced the establishment of a ₹15 crore solar power plant with a capacity of 5 MW (5,000 KWP) in Jasdan, Rajkot, to meet the company’s energy demands and enhance its commitment to sustainability. Singhi also highlighted plans for a major expansion, focusing on increasing production capacity, boosting operational efficiency, and strengthening sustainable practices to drive the company’s growth forward.
