The Adani Group has partnered with ITE Education Services (ITEES), Singapore, to develop India’s most extensive ‘Skill and Employ’ program, aimed at creating a globally benchmarked workforce for industries such as Green Energy, Manufacturing, Hi-tech, Project Excellence, and Industrial Design. To support this initiative, the Adani family is committing over INR 2,000 crore to establish Adani Global Skills Academy, a network of finishing schools designed to provide industry-ready training.
Each academy will select students from technical and vocational backgrounds, equipping them with internationally recognized skills. Certified graduates will be offered employment within the Adani Group or placed in the broader industry, ensuring they are industry-ready from day one.
The initiative’s first phase will see the establishment of the world’s largest technical finishing school in Mundra, Gujarat, with a goal to train over 25,000 students annually. The program targets graduates and diploma holders from ITIs and Polytechnics, who will undergo an intensive bootcamp focused on real-world applications.
The Adani Global Skills Academy is set to become a hub for advanced technical education, featuring cutting-edge innovation centers and AI-driven simulators. The academy will incorporate mixed reality-based learning modules, providing an immersive and hands-on training experience. To support an optimal learning environment, it will also offer fully residential facilities for both students and faculty, ensuring a seamless academic experience.
To maintain global education standards, the Adani Group is partnering with ITEE Singapore, a leading institution specializing in career-oriented technical training and skills certification. This collaboration will bring world-class expertise to the academy, ensuring students receive the best industry-aligned education.
Under this partnership, ITEE Singapore will provide academic quality assurance, establish certification-based learning pathways, and offer expert faculty and an industry-relevant curriculum. This initiative aims to equip students with internationally recognized skills, enhancing their career prospects in a rapidly evolving global job market.
