Adani Green Energy Activates 250 MW Solar Project in Rajasthan

Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL) has successfully commissioned a 250 MW solar power project at Bhimsar and Dwada in Jaisalmer district, Rajasthan, through its subsidiary, Adani Green Energy Twenty Four (AGE24L). With this new addition, AGEL’s total operational renewable energy capacity now stands at 11,916.1 MW.

Adani Green Energy Twenty Four Limited (AGE24L), a wholly-owned stepdown subsidiary of Adani Green Energy, has commenced operations of a 250 MW solar power project at Bhimsar and Dwada in Jaisalmer. Following the necessary clearances, the company decided at 11:50 a.m. on February 21, 2025, to operationalize the plant, with power generation officially beginning on February 22, 2025.
