A&Co the luxury writing instruments brand of Ahmed Luxury Products LLP, showcased its handcrafted fountain pens and bespoke writing instruments at the Singapore International Pen Show 2026, held on September 5 and 6 at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, Singapore. The Pune-based brand received interest from collectors, pen enthusiasts and independent penmakers during the two-day exhibition. Its participation provided an opportunity to present Indian craftsmanship and contemporary penmaking to an international audience, while also building relationships with collectors and enthusiasts in Singapore.
The Singapore International Pen Show brought together more than 3,000 fountain pen enthusiasts, collectors, independent penmakers and established brands. A&Co’s range of handcrafted fountain pens, artistic creations and bespoke writing instruments attracted visitors throughout the event, with several collectors purchasing products and expressing interest in the brand’s collections.
Founded by Abdul Nasir Shaikh, A&Co focuses on writing instruments that combine functionality with craftsmanship and artistic expression. Its products use materials including hand-cast resins, Japanese ebonite and stabilised wood. The brand also creates hand-painted pens and bespoke pieces designed around individual preferences and stories.
Commenting on the participation, Abdul Nasir Shaikh, Founder, A&Co, said, “The warmth and affection we received from the Singapore pen community was truly special. As a brand that believes in the power of craftsmanship and personal expression, it was immensely gratifying to see collectors connect with our creations, appreciate the details and take our writing instruments home with them.
“For me, the most memorable part of the show was not just the sales, but the conversations, friendships and genuine love for the art of writing that we experienced throughout the exhibition. Every pen we create at A&Co. carries a story, and knowing that these stories will now continue in the hands of collectors in Singapore makes this experience particularly meaningful.”
The Singapore exhibition also gave A&Co an opportunity to understand the preferences of international collectors and introduce them to its approach to design and craftsmanship. The company said the response strengthened its plans to engage with collectors and writing enthusiasts in international markets.
A&Co was established in memory of Abdul Nasir Shaikh’s father, Ahmed, and reflects the family’s focus on craftsmanship, individuality and enduring value.
