As the Indian manufacturing sector continues its aggressive push toward global competitiveness and ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ (self-reliant) excellence, AceMicromatic Group emerged as a central attraction at the 15th edition of MachAuto Expo, held at the Ludhiana Exhibition Centre from February 20–23, 2026.
The exhibition served as a vibrant platform for AceMicromatic Group to demonstrate its leadership in CNC turning, milling, grinding, and automation technologies. Over the four-day event, the Group showcased advanced manufacturing solutions designed to enhance productivity for MSMEs as well as large OEMs. The stall in Hall 4, Stall B3, attracted strong interest from industry leaders and technical professionals across the northern industrial belt.
A key highlight of the exhibition was the LT2LM MSY Turnmill centre, designed for high-precision multi-tasking operations across diverse machining applications and also MCH 500L 50 Horizontal Machining Center with high rigidity construction for High accuracy machining. The machine enables complex operations such as milling, drilling, and tapping within a single setup, helping manufacturers reduce cycle time and improve productivity.
In addition to turning solutions, AceMicromatic Group also displayed a comprehensive range of advanced machine tools including:
- VTL 30 PLUS Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL)
- MCH 500L 50Horizontal Machining Centre (HMC)
- 1060V Vertical Machining Centre
- ECO 200 E Precision Grinding Machine
These machines demonstrated the Group’s capability to deliver complete manufacturing solutions across multiple machining processes. Another major attraction at the stall was the CNC Simulator for Upskilling, highlighting the Group’s commitment to workforce development and operator training. The simulator enables users to learn CNC operations in a safe and structured environment, supporting skill development for the next generation of machinists.
Beyond advanced machines, AmiTalso highlighted its digital manufacturing solutions through the TPM – Trak Productivity Monitoring System, an IoT-enabled platform that provides real-time machine performance data. The system helps manufacturers monitor downtime, improve tool utilization, and enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
With the increasing adoption of smart manufacturing practices, AmiT’s connected manufacturing solutions resonated strongly with visitors. By combining high-performance machines with intelligent software solutions, the Group enables manufacturers to make data-driven decisions that improve operational efficiency.
The MachAuto Expo provided a strategic opportunity for AceMicromatic Group to engage with customers across Northern India — a region known for its strong presence in agricultural machinery, bicycle components, and general engineering industries.
“Our goal is to provide reliably productive solutions,” said Pawan Kumar Sharma, Regional Head – North 2, Ace Designers India. “MachAuto allows us to connect with the MSME sector, which is the backbone of Indian manufacturing. By bringing world-class CNC technology closer to customers, we are helping them scale their operations to meet global standards.”
Visitors also received insights into the Group’s comprehensive service ecosystem, including AceMicromatic 360, a full-spectrum support program designed to maximize machine uptime through preventive maintenance, training, and lifecycle support.
As the 15th edition of MachAuto Expo concluded, AceMicromatic Group’s showcase reinforced its position as a leading provider of advanced manufacturing solutions. The shift toward high-precision, automated, and connected manufacturing continues to accelerate, and AceMicromatic Group remains at the forefront of this transformation.
