ACE Reports Record Sales and Profit Growth; Total Income Rises 14.6% Year-on-Year

Action Construction Equipment Ltd (ACE) has posted its highest-ever annual and quarterly revenue and profit figures. Total income grew 14.6% year-on-year, driven by increased volumes and improved operational efficiency. The company reported a 26.2% rise in EBITDA to ₹606 crore, with margins expanding by 162 basis points to 17.68%. Profit after tax rose 24.7% to ₹409 crore, with margins up by 97 basis points to 11.94%. These gains were attributed to better product mix, effective cost controls, and strong operating leverage.

ACE’s core business segments — cranes, material handling, and construction equipment — achieved 14.75% volume growth and a 15.7% increase in revenue. On a standalone basis, total income reached ₹3,420 crore for the fiscal year. EBITDA margins improved to 17.52%, with PBT margins at 15.88% and PAT margins at 11.80%. EBITDA increased 25% to ₹599 crore, while PBT rose 25.36% to ₹543 crore. PAT climbed 23% to ₹404 crore.

The company received its largest-ever order to date — 1,121 Rough Terrain Forklift Trucks worth ₹420 crore — from the Indian armed forces. This order strengthens ACE’s role in India’s defence modernization and aligns with national efforts to boost domestic manufacturing capabilities.
