Yakub Bhetasiwala, the Managing Director of Sharon Controls India Pvt Ltd, completed his B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering in 1996. In 2003, he took a significant step forward by founding Sharon Controls alongside his wife, Hycenth Bhetasiwala, an instrumentation engineer herself, who shared his vision for advancing industrial automation.
While managing the growth of Sharon Controls Pvt Ltd, Mr Bhetasiwala, continued to enhance his expertise by earning an MBA in Finance in 2008. Currently, he is now pursuing a Ph.D. in International Business, underscoring his commitment to continuous learning and leadership excellence. Beyond his role at Sharon Controls, Yakub also serves as an Independent Director at Core Energy Systems Ltd, holds an IICA Certificate as an Independent Director, and is the Rotary Public Image Chair for the 2024-25 Rotary International District.
