In a world where healthcare expenses often become barriers for many, Incredible Devices stands as a ray of hope. Imagine a patient with cardiac arrest from lower social strata, not getting an admission in hospitals due to high medical treatment cost. CRS machine from Incredible Devices, is one that may help reduce their cost to 99%. Founded by Vikram Goel, a visionary whose journey is as inspiring as the solutions his company offers, Incredible Devices has carved a niche in the MedTech industry by providing affordable, life-saving treatments.
The Beginning: A Personal Mission
Vikram Goel‘s journey into the world of MedTech wasn’t a straightforward one. observed that cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death worldwide, with India having the highest number of cardiovascular patients. Alarmingly, 80% of these patients succumb to their conditions due to the high cost of treatment. This issue inspired him to develop a device to make treatment more affordable. As a result, he invented the CRS (Computer-Aided Catheter Cleaning Machine).
The Journey: From Idea to Innovation
The path to success was anything but easy. Vikram and his team faced numerous challenges, both financial and technical. To bring their vision to life, they made significant personal sacrifices. Initially, Vikram and his team worked part-time on this project while maintaining their regular jobs to support their families. The lack of funds defined the early phase and drove them to make significant personal sacrifices. Motivated by the same goal, they sold jewellery and property to help fund their dream of making healthcare facilities accessible to everyone. This personal involvement underlined their commitment and conviction about the transformative power of their work.

While working at Fortis Hospital, Vikram and his co-founder Rajwinder Kaur saw firsthand the harsh reality of cardiovascular diseases being the leading cause of death worldwide. They discovered that the high cost of consumables, making up about 80% of the total treatment cost, made it too expensive for many patients.
Incredible Devices’ big breakthrough came with the creation of a low-cost and efficient medical device that greatly reduces the treatment cost. Their flagship product, which streamlines a previously expensive and complex procedure, has been a game-changer in the industry. This innovation not only made treatments more affordable but also more accessible, particularly for patients in underprivileged communities. The first automated catheter and balloon reprocessing system developed worldwide marked Incredible Devices’ breakthrough. With a 99% cost reduction thanks to this innovative innovation, a ₹90,000 balloon is just ₹20. Particularly for people from underprivileged areas, their flagship product streamlined a once costly and difficult operation, therefore increasing the availability and affordability of therapies.
One especially unforgettable event kept them motivated. Aarav, a young boy with a rare heart condition, needed a creative solution. When conventional methods failed, Vikram and his team worked tirelessly to develop a prototype that ultimately saved Aarav’s life. This breakthrough not only gave Aarav a new chance at life but also inspired the team to keep pushing forward.
Overcoming Adversity
The journey toward success was far from easy. Vikram and his team faced numerous challenges, both financial and technological. Securing funds was always difficult, and they were often turned down by potential investors who doubted the feasibility of their concepts. Developing precise and reliable technology for their devices also presented major technological difficulties.
To overcome these challenges, the team embraced a culture of constant creativity and improvement. They often worked late into the night, putting in long hours to perfect their prototypes and ensure their products met top quality and performance standards. Their hard work paid off when their innovative efforts started to gain attention.
Incredible Solutions :

Catheters and balloons are high-cost, single-use devices utilized in angioplasty and angiography. To reduce treatment costs, they are often manually cleaned for reuse, which poses significant risks to patient safety. CRS employs a sophisticated combination of patented techniques to effectively remove biofilms from catheters, enabling their safe reuse. This innovation reduces treatment costs for patients and operational expenses for hospitals. CRS has benefited over 650,000 underprivileged patients and continues to serve across 10 states, enhancing patient safety and protecting medical workers from infections. The computer-guided CRS system ensures efficiency by eliminating human intervention and can reprocess up to 12 catheters and 8 balloons within 15 minutes.
The Advanced Reprocessing System (ARS) automatically reprocesses ventilator expiratory parts and other ICU instruments to ensure patient and staff safety while reducing Hospital Acquired Infections (HAIs). Currently, multiple reusable and single-use items required for ventilator operation are manually cleaned by staff, risking sterilization breaches and cross-contamination due to insufficient cleaning or human error. ARS employs techniques such as Hydro-Tron Cavitation Action, multienzyme cleaning, and chemical sterilization to disinfect these parts and instruments automatically. Supporting all ventilator types and a wide range of instruments, ARS has benefited over 250,000 patients and has been clinically validated at FORTIS Hospital. Developed with government support during the pandemic, ARS is a computer-guided system that ensures safety and efficiency by eliminating human intervention.
Catheters and balloons are fragile, with complex designs. Currently, they are manually dried using syringes to create negative pressure and left overnight to drain moisture, a time-consuming process that reduces device lifespan. BDS is an automatic device that dries four catheters or balloons in 1.5 minutes. Portable and cost-effective, BDS supports all catheter and balloon types, helping to maintain their integrity.
All three devices incorporate patented technology from Incredible Devices, which also offers a wide range of solutions for dental, orthopedic, and other medical segments.
