He completed his education in 2002 and worked in various companies as a Sales Manager. For the past 3 years, he is been working with KTA Spindle Tooling and has contributed by developing 10+ new OEM customers adding significant business value.

KTA Spindle Toolings recently released its cutting-edge, unique Hydraulic + Anti-Vibration Toolholder with 400 mm GPL. This tool holder is the first anti-vibration mechanism with 400mm in a tool holder in the world. Mr Tipale is grateful for the KTA Spindle team, saying, “With our experienced team, we actually discovered a speedy solution for these sorts of large difficulties and created the product swiftly”. A major accomplishment of this 100% “Made in India” product was having it ready in just 2-3 months. This has undoubtedly motivated and encouraged the industry.
