Lenze India to Showcase New Tech Innovative Automation Solutions at LOGIMAT INDIA 2024

Lenze India, a prominent player in the industrial automation and motion control solutions, is excited to announce its participation at LOGIMAT INDIA 2024, taking place from February 28th to March 1st in Greater Noida. As a subsidiary of the globally recognized Lenze Group, Lenze India remains committed to delivering advanced technologies and solutions in the field of industrial automation.

The product portfolio encompasses a wide array of offerings, such as HMIs, controllers, inverters (both cabinet and decentralized), servo inverters, servo motors, and geared motors. The Lenze Drive Solution Designer (DSD) supports the customer on the basis of Lenze products, in order to find a correct and feasible solution task. The FAST software modules enable the automation of applications in a minimum time desired by the customer.

A recent addition to Lenze’s arsenal is the NUPANO Open Automation Platform that enables the integration, management and protection of innovative technological applications that are tailored to customers’ machines. Example of new application area in intralogistics sector are the automated retrieval and storage systems, and digital solutions, where Lenze automation solutions can reduce the complexity of machines.

Its plug-and-play design enables fast mounting, and IO-Link master functionality simplifies data exchange between sensors and actuators. The integrated regenerative feedback mode ensures high energy efficiency, eliminating the need for a brake resistor. This makes the i550 Motec a reliable choice for intralogistics applications.

Another highlight of Lenze is the product, Smart Motors that stands out as an innovative solution. It offers five adjustable speeds. An integrated VFC eco function leads to energy savings of up to 30% in partial load conditions in conveyor applications. The integrated soft start function ensures smooth operations, and its electronic contactor as well as motor protection function, minimizes wiring complexity. The smart motors can seamlessly combine with g500 gearbox, enhancing its versatility.

Lenze’s participation in LogiMAT in Germany signifies its recognition of the event’s importance and utility in gaining substantial visibility. Now, with the decision to participate in the inaugural edition of LogiMAT in India, Lenze aims to further extend its visibility as well as influence in the intralogistics sector.
