Automeck’s high-end Multi-utility Truck Mounted Mist Cannon is a Hydraulic Driven cum Road Sprinkler with a premium standard fire suppression range of 30-60 meters, which now has got the patent certification from the Indian Patent Office for innovation for industrial cleaning and Pollution control solutions.
Jamshedpur based Shree Sahajanands Automeck Pvt Ltd has received its World-Wide patent granted on the ‘Truck Mounted Mist Canon’ from the government of India under the innovation for Smart Pollution control system ‘Water Distribution Arrangement for Vehicles.’
Automeck’s newly patented product is a multi-utility vehicle that saves huge Diesel and comes with a mist canon, road sprinkler, and firefighting nozzle at its top which provides a fire suppression range of 30-60m. Covering these multifaceted features in a single-vehicle, Automeck’s recently patented innovation would help to overcome the challenge of cost and maintenance of separate vehicles for various pollution control and industrial cleaning process. Moreover, the product can generate the power for dust suppression, cleaning, and fire suppression from the vehicle itself, which reduces fuel consumption by almost 70%.
Rajesh Suryakant Chawda, Managing Director, Shree Sahajanands Automeck Pvt Ltd exclusively told Machine Maker about the company’s achievement and said, “Worldwide patent is granted to us for our Hydraulic Operated Mist Cannon Machine cum Road Sprinklers. The usages of our product provide huge savings for Mines, Steel, Aluminum, Power and all plants and workspaces where dust generation is on large scale.”
He further adds, “It’s a great achievement by any Indian Company and our innovation saves diesel consumption per vehicle amounting to ₹2 lakhs per month and minimum of 18-24 lakhs per annum per vehicle. In bigger mines and Steel Plants the fuel-saving goes up to crores of rupees per annum. The needs for industrial cleaning and Pollution Control are always varying. Rajesh also revealed that Automeck participated in IME 2022, the prestigious biennial International exhibition for the Mining and Minerals Industries, with the innovative product line of the Dust and Fire Suppression solutions for the Mining Industries, where he received good response.“Around 80% of our customers are mining stakeholders. So, our participation in IME Expo 2022 was really exciting as it is based on Mining and Minerals. This participation helped us to cater to the mining industry and also, to promote our newly Patented Mist Cannon,” he remarked.
The company will bring its leading-edge pollution control equipment along with the Hydroseeder which has been the first of its kind product by Automeck employed for large area seeding and secreting the grass along with the Soil Stabilization. “As the only manufacturer and supplier of the innovative Hydroseeder in India, we aim to expand our outreach in Mining sectors which is witnessing the surging need of vegetation and Soil Seeding", said Rajesh Suryakant Chawda.
The new innovative Hydroseeder can be used to seed the vegetation around the mining areas up to 20-40 meters of range.
