ELGi Compressors Europe has introduced the installation of new screw air compressors 'EG30V' with the quality output range of 69 to 350 m3/hr. The compressed air solution is ideal for reliably creating the required stability and variation in air composition due to changing altitude. Suitable for up to 10 athletes at a time, the design of the EG series supports the operations at extreme temperatures from cold to hot.
Designed to run at low rotor speeds ELGi’s high-efficiency air compressors are equipped with the in-house manufactured η-V profile rotors with 4/5 lobe combination. The unique design is able to reduce the pressure losses with Oil separation by impact and centrifugal action. The 3-stage separation in the compressors provides spearheading energy efficiency by reducing the oil contamination to less than 1 ppm.
The EG series air compressors are backed with the industry-leading warranty program of ten years on air end, five years warranty on compressor package, three years on Variable Frequency Drive(VFD), and one year on electrical rubber and plastic components.
