Shree Rapid Technologies provides the best-in-class 3D Printing technology ranging from scanning to designing to printing and finally post-processing. With all the processes under one roof, SRT is one of the only few companies providing its clients with an end-to-end solution for Digital Manufacturing. They are exhibiting their latest additive manufacturing & machine tool solutions at IMTEX 2022 Forming, Hall 3A, Booth D106.
Shree Rapid Technologies is one of the early technology enterprises in India venturing into the space of Additive Manufacturing. They are supplying Additive Manufacturing Technology and Services, with global partners such as 3D Systems, 3D CERAM, DyeMansion and Materialise. In the span of 13years, SRT has grown widely and has made major contributions to transforming the field of 3D printing in India. They believe in building the manufacturing sector and see themselves as enablers of digital manufacturing in the country.
They represent various global brands broadening their offerings, and are showcasing a wide range of products, technologies, and collaborated products at IMTEX 2022 which is happening now at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre. On 17th June, Machine Maker went live from the Shree Rapid Technologies booth in Hall 3A, interacting with Nitin Chaudhari and Ajoy Masand.
In their participation at IMTEX 2022, Nitin Chaudhari the founding Partner of SRT said, “We take this live streaming opportunity by Machine Maker and the product showcase at IMTEX’22 to spread awareness and share knowledge and information in order to promote 3D printing and scanning technologies. These technologies are still novel in the Indian market and at IMTEX we hope to emphasize it so that Indian companies realize the importance and use of it, and understand their inputs and applications of it in their own companies. The two teams that we will have at the stall for scanning and printing will help and guide the manufacturers and clients to locate the right products to meet their manufacturing requirements.”
Nitin Chaudhari, Co-Founder of SRT, Ajoy Masand, Asst General Manager Sales, SRT’s trained application engineers, their sales team and representatives from their partnered brands would present at the stall to walk the visitor through their products and technologies. SRT is an industry agnostics company in 3D printing catering to multiple industries that relate to everything in the digital manufacturing sector.
“IMTEX is a much-awaited event, and happening after a long period of 2 years. Hence, we are expecting lots of new inquiries. We hope to introduce and explain better the world of 3D printing to the Indian market”, commented Jivitesh Wadhwa who heads the marketing of Shree Rapid Technologies.
The showcase at the exhibition includes a presentation of 3D Systems that offer a multi-range of 3D printing technologies that include plastic, metals, wax and others. The latest DLP technology called Figure 4 Standalone is another product whose information and presentation can be found on the display. It is a 3D printer which prints injection moulded parts at high speed, giving clean, smooth, and sharp end products.
They will also introduce two new technologies SLA750 which is the world’s first synchronous dual-laser SLA printer delivering up to twice the speed and triple the throughput of current SLA printers, using dual imaging systems together, developed especially for efficient, high-quality production manufacturing. The other product SLS 380 is another 3D printer with unprecedented levels of throughput, consistency, performance, and yield. It is optimized for a factory-floor ecosystem, to answer the demand for cost-effective batch production parts.
Additionally, the BCN3D W50 SC Epsilon which is a powerful professional 3D printer, designed to deliver large-scale parts with industrial-grade materials will have its first time ever displayed at the stall. Powered by the Independent Dual Extruder (IDEX) system, the Epsilon W50 delivers exceptionally strong functional parts with quality, multi-colour ranged pallet and precision will be operated to give a demonstration for the visitors.
The other 3D printers presented will be the FORM 3L 3D printing technology by Formlabs, and the ceramic 3D printing technology by 3D CERAM which is one of the top-selling companies in the world.
Furthermore, they will have a showcase for a wide variety of 3D Scanner products at the exhibition. The 3D Scanner in collaboration with Handson Metrology which is a joint portfolio of the government drive will have its live demonstration happening with one more scanner at the booth. This scanner can scan parts of various sizes and make replication easier. The CNN inspection technologies of ZEISS along with their measuring machines are another product that will be promoted by SRT at the IMTEX 2022 exhibition.
