The new Vacuum Pickers are designed to be used in warehouses to pick up goods and move them. They can pick up and sort goods from different pallets and place it in a single pallet on a daily basis. It is an easy moveable system, operated on battery and can be efficiently used to move into the whole warehouse. This is one of their most unique products that will be put on display. The second product is the Vacuum Generator which is module-based and provides a complete module of ejectors in a particular machine to control them individually.

Their intuitive and easy-to-use vacuum lifters and pickers help employees to reduce the physical strain caused by the many repeated movements involved in the production, assembly and logistics processes. This contributes to improving employees’ health and allowing them to conserve energy. The faster handling made possible by the solutions also accelerates material flow and leads to increased productivity. Their new products would especially be efficient in the warehouses to move cartons, sacks, bags, etc in a single pallet.

Conjointly, the Vacuum Tube Lifters Jumbo move workpieces up to 300 kg quickly and easily. It has a configurable lifting unit, operator handle, vacuum gripper and vacuum, generator. It assists in lifting and lowering the load using a vacuum. The Vacuum Lifting Device VacuMaster moves heavy loads up to several tons ergonomically and securely. Its basic module, operating unit, load beams, and suction plates are configurable. Similar to the earlier lifter, this helps in lifting and lowering the load but uses a chain hoist. One of their last products at the display will be their Crane Systems and Jib Cranes which are made up of aluminium for indoor purposes. They are optimally adjustable to the nominal lift capacity of the vacuum lifters and operate on an outstanding low-friction operation and low moving mass.

Manufacturing Locally for the World

According to Philip Mani, “India possesses the potential to be the world’s manufacturing leader because India is a much more quality-conscious company compared to China in all aspects of manufacturing. Therefore, products manufactured in India always meet international standards. This is one of the reasons why this shift towards manufacturing locally and then exporting abroad will help India climb up their position in the manufacturing sector globally. Providing Indian products to market worldwide helps provide aid to boost the country economically and all other aspects.”
