Rego-Fix Showcases Cutting-Edge Tool Holding Solutions at IMTEX 2025

Makarand Dande, Managing Director of Rego-Fix India

Rego-Fix, a global leader in tool-holding technology, made a powerful impact at IMTEX 2025 with its latest innovations and live demonstrations. The event, held at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, provided the perfect platform for Rego-Fix to showcase cutting-edge solutions designed to enhance machining efficiency and precision.

Visitors to the Rego-Fix booth in Hall 3A were treated to live demos of the company’s groundbreaking products, including the award-winning Power Grip System, which took center stage. Recognized as one of the fastest clamping systems in the world, the Power Grip System redefines tool-holding technology with its simplicity, safety, and superior performance. “With three-micron runout accuracy and up to 20,000 cycles, our system ensures unmatched reliability. The entire clamping operation completes within just eight seconds, eliminating the need for heating or cooling,” explained Siva kumaarr, Regional Sales Manager of Rego-Fix India.

Live Demos of High-Performance Tool Holding Solutions

Rego-Fix also introduced the FMA ForceMaster, an essential tool for measuring spindle pull forces in machining centers. This instrument ensures optimal clamping force accuracy, a critical factor in extending machine life and maintaining machining precision. “This is a vital solution for the machine tool industry,” explained Vikas Gore, Business Development Manager of Rego-Fix. “With FMA, customers can digitally measure real clamping forces with ease, ensuring that their machines operate at peak performance.”

Rego-Fix also highlighted its legacy as the inventor of the ER Collet System, originally patented in 1972 and later standardized under DIN 6499. This versatile system supports a full range of adapters, including BBT-30, BT-40, CAPTO, and HSK, with an exceptional runout accuracy of less than three microns. Widely adopted across automotive, aerospace, heavy engineering, and watch manufacturing, the ER Collet System remains an industry standard in precision machining.

One of the standout innovations at the booth was Tool Vibe, an advanced system that detects real-time oscillations during dynamic machining processes. “Tool Vibe features built-in vibration sensors with ID chip technology and Bluetooth connectivity for live monitoring. It enhances process optimization and tool life management while helping manufacturers reduce cycle times,” explained by Nitin Shinde, Application & Product Manage of Rego-Fix India. The technology drew significant interest, especially for applications in aerospace, reaming operations, and precision machining.

Strengthening Presence in India

Discussing Rego-Fix’s growing footprint in India, Makarand Dande, Managing Director of Rego-Fix India, expressed his enthusiasm for IMTEX 2025. “The energy at IMTEX is incredible! Our live demonstrations and new product innovations have been receiving tremendous interest. With our direct presence in India since 2019 and the launch of our fully owned subsidiary in Pune in November 2023, we are better positioned than ever to support customers with world-class solutions,” he said. Rego-Fix’s investment in the Indian market underscores its confidence in the region’s growth potential, backed by a committed team and a robust sales network. “Our solutions, from Force Master to Tool Vibe, are making a significant impact on machining efficiency. We remain dedicated to driving innovation and process optimization in manufacturing,” added Mr Dande.
