Bangalore-based PIXELR offers AI-backed image analysis solutions for quick, efficient, and pinpointed results, and they have exhibited three of their products at the IMTEX 2022 exhibition that took place in Bangalore during mid of June 2022.
PIXELR specializes in automating the measurements of objects present in digital images derived from microscopes and other precision optical devices. They aim to offer their customers a range of advanced, reliable, and practical instruments and solutions with the help of their decades of experience and know-how, in the field of digital image analysis, material characterization, dimensional measurement, and industrial quality control. Present at IMTEX 2022 they showcased their Microscopes for microstructural analysis, after-particle size analysis, and a Micro Hardness Tester.
PIXELR's microscopes for microstructural analysis are a module developed with machine learning methodologies to produce accurate results in almost all kinds of microstructures like Austenite Grains, Martensite Grains, Network Grains, Ferrite, Pearlite Grains, etc. The innovative algorithms of PIXELR Vision help to measure grain size even in the most difficult structures like those with bands, dark and bright zones, and those with a mixture of very large and very small grains. All these make PIXELR Vision stand tall among the competition in the market.
Representing PIXELR at IMTEX 2022 their Sales Manager, Prashant Kumar Singh said to Machine Maker, “Our company is predominantly in the line of quality testing instruments, but also specializes in vision solutions. We provide cameras with image analyzers and automate them with a microscope and micro hard processors, which can be utilized for quality testing in the fields of pharma, automotive, digital, and others. We also have the facility of providing customer-specific solutions with our image analyzers. But this time we are here at IMTEX to promote the image analysis solutions and automated solutions.”
The Particle Size Analyzer, one of the latest products that they promoted most at IMTEX 2022 is designed using advanced technology and is integrated with AI and machine learning concepts to carry out Automatic particle size analysis with high accuracy at high speeds. It can be offered as a fully integrated solution or can be used as a retrofit to existing optical systems. It is mostly useful in steel and automotive companies and is one of the mandatory tests in the industry for car testing, testing parts and assemblies, engines, and others.
The other product displayed at Imtex 2022 is the PIXELR HT X7 Microhardness Tester for automatic measurement of hardness in metals and other materials. This modular system can accommodate loads ranging from 1gf to 3000gf in 12 steps. All parameters of the HT X7 are controlled through an LCD touch panel as well as software that enables the operator to perform the test with pre-set parameters in automatic mode. It has parameters like loading, magnification change, load change, light intensity change, and change of indenter, and can perform automatic hardness measurement in Vickers, Knoop, and Brinell scales.
