Electroplating & Coating products pronounce-Fischer Technologies’ presence at IMTEX 2022

Fischer Measurement Technologies Private Limited, India is one of the top class maker of measuring instruments for coating thickness measurements, material analysis, and material testing. They were part of the IMTEX 2022 exhibition that took place between 16 and 21st June 2022 to showcase their products in the field of electroplating and coating.

FISCHER is a full-service supplier in the field of surface testing and has been developing high-precision instruments for surface measurements since 1953. As a leading manufacturer of measuring instruments, their portfolio extends from simple handheld devices for quick measurements on the go, to fully integrated high-end systems that automatically monitor production. For every application, they provide the right solution. They displayed their electroplating and coating products at their showcase at the IMTEX 2022 event happening from the 16th to 21st June 2022 in Bengaluru’s BIEC exhibition center.

As a full-service supplier in the field of surface testing, Fischer has been developing instruments for non-destructive material analysis, coating thickness measurement, and material testing. They offer a wide range of measuring devices for varied industries that range from simple handheld devices for quick testing on the go to fully integrated, high-end systems that automatically monitor production.
Over the years, they have built a portfolio of portable coating thickness gauges for non-destructive quality control that has been continuously expanded, renewed, and optimized. On the one hand, Fischer coating thickness gauges are characterized by a high degree of user-friendliness due to the ease of their operations, on the other users benefit from proven, precise, and accurate results of their coating thickness measurements. The coating thickness gauges are portable and can be used during production as also during the product life cycle allowing the user organization to meet customer needs around the world. From small coating thickness gauges with integrated probes for quick, simple field testing to high-end coating thickness gauges with a variety of probes and large color displays, making sure the user always has the right coating thickness gauge at hand has been the company’s vision and objective.
Electroplating is a process that places varied demands on quality assurance. This includes determining the metallic concentrations in galvanized baths, the composition, and thickness of metallic coatings, to the microhardness of these coatings. Fischer offers durable measurement devices for coating thickness measurement, XRF material analysis, nanoindentation, scratch test measurements, and material testing, that are robust in design and developed to meet the requirements of the electroplating industry. Fischer Measurement Technologies Private Limited had a number of products from the line of electroplating and coating and thickness measurement on display at the IMTEX 2022 exhibition.

hat are presented here are for the corrosion protection industry. These can be applied in aerospace where its annotation will be done, and thickness will be measured. Our products are widely used in the fields of shipbuilding, electrical, electronics, aerospace, and defense. We have 2 verticals: industry, and jewelry. Our industry vertical has 8 different products.”, said Ganesan S., territory Sales Manager-South of the company in an exclusive interview with Machine Maker.
Ganesan S. was also asked about their participation in IMTEX after the pandemic to which he responded saying that “This is our 2nd time attending IMTEX. The last time we participated was in 2018, which was before the pandemic. After COVID-19 had spread in the world, everything was paused. Our business was average but we are all ready to take a leap.”
