Visitors at the Blum-Novotest booth at Hall 3B, Stall B117 witnessed live demonstrations of the company’s metrology systems, including the advanced FormControl X measuring software and M4P measurement software. These solutions provide real-time data for process optimization, ensuring components remain within precise tolerance levels throughout the machining process. A major highlight of the exhibition was Blum-Novotest’s LC50-DigiLog technology, an industry-leading laser measuring system capable of measuring the smallest tools with unparalleled accuracy. This flagship product enables manufacturers to achieve high-precision measurements ranging from 10 microns to 80 mm and integrates seamlessly with production workflows for enhanced efficiency.

Additionally, Blum-Novotest showcased its touch-probing systems, engineered for vertical machining and turning centers, including the TC5330 probing system, which offers long-range probing capabilities. The PSE Portable Spindle Control Unit was also demonstrated, providing manufacturers with a reliable solution for monitoring spindle conditions, ensuring machine tool longevity through predictive maintenance.

Znano systems, with an accuracy of 0.5 microns, were also presented alongside split laser systems for large-scale applications like HMCs and pallet changer machines.
