AMADA Group’s Amada India Private Limited which was founded in the year 2000 participated in the IMTEX 2022 exhibition that took place between 16th and 21 June 2022 at Bengaluru’s BIEC in Bangalore to showcase its machines such as the press brakes and fiber laser cutting machines.

At IMTEX 2022 which took place between 16th and 21st of June 2022 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Center, Bengaluru displayed their 6kW Laser Cutting Machine, EG Press Brake, and hybrid HRB series Press Brake.

At the IMTEX 2022 exhibition, they displayed presented their 6kW laser cutting machine that comes with the renowned LC Valster AJ Technology. This laser cutting machine has high power and efficiency with beam control technology and does not require any kind of lens replacement. The EG Press Brake of model EG40 10 was their second major product that was showcased at the event. This press brake maintains high speed and accuracy with electric servo drive for ultra-high precision, high-speed compact bending solution. It has a Dual Servo Power-drive system that comprises automatic material thickness detection. The BI-S or BI-L automatic angle measurement options come complementary to the AMNC3i – 19″ multi-touch screen 3D control that features a thickness detection and force control system. It also has Amada A Grip-M tool clamps present in the machine.
The HRB13 03 was another Press Brake that AMADA displayed at their booth at the event. This HRB Press Brake is a retrofittable press brake equipped with a hybrid drive system and is easy to operate. It is the next-generation press brake and belongs to the series of Next Global Standard Bending Machine HRB Press Brake Series, which leverages industry-leading bending technology and a variety of production-enhancing characteristics that can be customized to resolve specific challenges. In addition to providing precise bending results, the new HRB Series is engineered to ensure utmost versatility and ease of use. HRB13 03 has a natural crowning with higher longitudinal accuracy by center bend and user-friendly AMNC 3i with easy operation using the LITE mode. This Press Brake also provides retrofittable options with the new AFH tooling-ATC and offline setup for program creation by VPSS3i Bend.
