Energy Mission Machineries India Limited is set to introduce their groundbreaking CNC Press Brake Efficient Series at HIMTEX 2024. This innovative series, ranging from 30 MT to 2000 MT and lengths from 1250 mm to 10000 mm, is engineered to deliver unmatched precision and efficiency in metalworking solutions.

Santosh Shelke, Director of Marketing, shared insights into the advanced features of this new series. “Our 3-axis machine is equipped with an automatic, accurate, and fast back gauge, driven by the CybTouch 8PS Controller from CYBELEC Switzerland, ensuring seamless operation,” Santosh explained. The machine’s rigid upper beam guide, supported by 12-point roller bearings, ensures stability and precise bending capabilities. Constructed with ultrasonically tested IS:2062 grade steel, the structure minimizes deflection under heavy loads, guaranteeing durability and performance.

The frame undergoes meticulous machining on a Floor Boring Machine for precise alignment and single-reference accuracy. Quick-release clamps facilitate fast tooling changes, while the comprehensive back gauge assembly, which includes ball screws, an AC Servo drive, LM guides, and a timer belt, ensures precise positioning and repeatability.

Designed for versatility, the machine features a quick ‘V’ groove changeover system with a self-centered die with rail and comes with hardened and grounded 2‘V’ / 4‘V’ dies along with a semi-gooseneck punch. The front sliding sheet support with LM guides allows for easy material handling and precise positioning, enhancing operational efficiency across various applications.
