Pune based Shubhline Automation represented its ‘Prostar’ brand of Double Column machine at the ENGIMACH exhibition in Gujarat. These machines are further divided into three segments- Fixed double column machining center, Moving double column machining centre and Gantry type machining center.
Established in 2006 as Shubh Engineers, Founder and Managing Director Rajendra Dudhe has driven Shubhline Automation Private Limited to a great success. The company is manufacturing ‘Prostar-SH series’ of double column machining centers. The Prostar brand includes SHF series- Fixed double column machining center, SHM series- Moving double column machining center, SHG series- Gantry type machining center.
Mr Dudhe, Founder of Shubline Automation said, “The double column machines that we are representing in this exhibition are made in India for the first time. The Indian manufacturers who are making these double column machines are having a three metre window limitation. Here at Shubhline Automation, we are manufacturing double column machines with a seven metre window”.

“Our machines are at par with the European and Japanese quality. Hence it will save the import and overall cost by replacing these imported machines. The Prostar brand double column machines also offer maximum depth of cut as compared to other brands”.
Mr Dudhe also stated, “We have focussed on the quality and longevity while manufacturing the machine. Almost 90 per cent of the material used in the manufacturing is from Japan and European countries. The experience at Engimach was better than expected; we got a good response from the manufacturers in Gujarat”.
“We are working on developing CNC boring machine, which will be manufactured for the first time in India. The company will be launching these CNC boring machines and HMC machines in India in the near future. Our mission is to change the perspective of Indian manufacturing industry towards machines manufactured in India. An Indian manufacturer can also manufacture import substitute machines of great quality and serviceability”, Mr Dudhe added.
These double column machines will be catering to different sectors such as fabrication, defense, automobile, railway and metro manufacturing, etc. Currently we are majorly supplying to Ahmedabad, Surendranagar, Vadodara, Pune, Mumbai, etc. But in the upcoming years, we aim to supply to all the major cities in India.
The company has an approximate turnover of Rs 20 crore, and the company has a target to cross Rs 100 crore in the upcoming two to three years.
