Bhavnagar based Jet Machines, has been focused towards tube working industry since 2004. The company exhibited its wide range of products in tube working machines such as tube cutting, tube chamfering, tube notching at the ENGIMACH exhibition in Gujarat
Vipul Sanghvi founded Jet Machines in 2004, focusing on trading of tube working machines. The company started manufacturing of these machines since 2006. The company today, has a variety of products such as automatic and semi-automatic tube cutting machines, pipe notching machines, pipe chamfering machines, pipe sawing machines, etc.
Talking to Machine Maker, Vipul Sanghvi, Proprietor, Jet Machines said, “Our focus market has always been tube working industry. We majorly manufacture machines for three operations namely tube cutting, tube chamfering and tube notching, right from semi-automatic to fully automatic”.
“We are catering to every manufacturing sector which is utilizing metal tubes such as auto ancillaries, furniture, general engineering, etc. At Jet Machines, we believe in improving and perfecting the manufacturing of machines we already have”.
“In 2006, when imported machines occupied almost 80 per cent of the market share, I came up with an idea to start manufacturing of these machines in India itself. The aim was glorify the society and ultimately the country. I would like to thank and congratulate the companies who supported my ‘Made-in-India’ products in 2006, going against the market trend of imported machines”, Mr Sanghvi added.
Jet Machines has manufactured around 4,200 machines till date, and exported 300 plus machines to countries like UAE, Bangladesh, UK, South Africa, Thailand, Malaysia and Canada.
The company has its main production facility in Bhavnagar, Gujarat and has distribution centres in Pune, Delhi and Bengaluru.
