Hurco India Private Limited is a US-based company, operational in India since 2008. Hurco India has its regional offices in Pune, Delhi, Bengaluru and Chennai. The company provides advanced control solution for almost any metal cutting operation.
In an interview with Machine Maker, Harshal Dongaonkar, Regional Manager, Western India (Sales and Service), Hurco said, “Hurco is known for its controller. Its USP is the programming, cycle time, productivity; such option can give you profitability in the shop floor. We are manufacturing a wide product range of turning machine, high end double column machines, boring machines, HMC machine, 5-axis VMC machine, CNC turn-mill machine, etc”.
“Here at Engimach, we are displaying our high speed VM20i machine which is having spindle speed of 10,000 rpm. This VMC is having Hurco WinMax Control with patented software known as UltiMotion. In total, there are more than 28 patents under the name of Hurco”.
“We are working on expanding our repair centres, spares centres, technology showcasing locations to major cities like Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, etc. The company is also developing more variants in 5-axis VMC machine”, Mr Dongaonkar added.
Hurco India claims that it can contribute towards profitability, by providing technological solutions which will help in competing in the market with less cycle time and more productivity.
The company is having a 10,000 square feet technical centre in Pune and Chennai, along with demo centre, spares centre as well as trading centre.
Hurco India Private Limited is catering to precision manufacturing industries sector such diamond, aerospace, medical, etc. The average annual turnover of the company is about Rs 40 to Rs 50 crore.
