Engimach 2021: Moving the logistics and material-handling segments with Conveline

Conveline is a major Indian player in the material handling and logistics sector that serves global markets. The company’s primary focus is on providing solutions for the logistics branches of primary handling automation and end-of-line automation.

Conveline specializes in the production of belt conveyor systems, roller conveyor systems, aluminum-based flexible conveyor systems, warehouse automated conveyor systems, and a variety of other material-moving systems used in large warehouses.

The Ahmedabad-based firm is a major supplier to the FMCG and other industrial sectors, including Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Nestle, Colgate, and others. Conveline also supplies its products to a number of Fortune 500 companies in addition to these.

Conveline has a strong international presence, as the company exports a large number of systems to Asian, Middle Eastern, and American markets such as Vietnam, China, and the United States.

“We have participated in the Engimach exhibition for the first time since our inception in 2014,” said Hemang Patel, Director of Conveline System. In response to the company’s presence at the event, “we have come here with the goal of branding our latest products and looking for potential clients who can help us expand our customer base.”

With a specialized aluminum-based conveyor system that is specially designed to improve safety standards in warehouse applications, the company is offering its latest technology in the segment. Conveline invests a significant portion of its revenue in R&D and is currently working on developing a 90-degree curved belt conveyor system that, due to its modular design, will facilitate ease of installation and space-saving features.

“We received a good response at the Engimach exhibition, with the number of inquiries increasing with each passing day,” Hemang said of the event.

Conveline intends to broaden its horizons in the Indian market by diversifying to manufacture assembly line application conveyors and electric vehicle conveyors to meet the market’s future needs.

Aside from business expansion, the company has plans in the works to evolve technologically and provide quality solutions to its valued customer base on a consistent basis.
