They displayed their wide range of laser cutting, laser marking and laser welding machines at the ENGIMACH exhibition in Gujarat
Agile Machineries Private Limited has been manufacturing industrial laser machines such as laser cutting machines, laser marking machines and laser welding machines. They exhibited their wide range of solutions in the industrial laser machines segment, at the ENGIMACH exhibition.
In an in interview with Machine Maker, Hitesh Parikh, Marketing Director, Agile Machineries Private Limited said, “This is our fifth time at Engimach exhibition. Every year we see that the volume of visitors is increasing and so is the quality of exhibitors. The value that we are getting from Engimach has increased since last three years”.
“This year, we are exhibiting our UV laser marking machine which is mainly used in non-metal, insulating cables and glass marking industry; fibre laser marking machine with auto-focus; hand-held laser welding machine which has its application in sheet metal welding of upto 3 mm thickness; and a 2 kw laser cutting machine which has its application in the sheet metal industry”.
“We are working on the latest applications of laser welding machine, some special purpose application of UV and CO2 laser marking machine. We are also working on traceability and vision solutions, based on the inputs of customers, where the inspection and marking solutions will be integrated; and some customized software modules as well”, Mr Parikh added.
Laser marking machines are majorly used in automobile component manufacturers, automobile ancillary manufacturers, jewellery and medical devices and implants industry. Laser cutting machines are used in sheet metal industry, control panel manufacturers, industrial machinery manufacturers and appliances manufacturers.
Agile Machineries Private Limited has an approximate turnover of Rs 12 crore. The company is supplying its machines across all the major cities in India as well as countries like Mauritius, Iran and the USA.
The Make-in-India initiative has created a momentum for the Indian manufacturing industry, and the company aims to be a major part of this initiative. In the laser industry, many of the components are exported from China, for the past four to five years. But after the Covid-19 lockdown, Agile Machineries has taken the drive towards manufacturing these components in India. The company is taking efforts on upgrading its infrastructure to manufacture maximum components in India.
